Grounded in principles of <em>impartiality, independence, and scientific rigour<\/em>, the Association is a civil-society organisation that seeks to build a sustainable bridge between academia and legal practice, and to bring academic knowledge production together with social transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mission and Vision<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Association\u2019s mission is to conduct work that strengthens the rule of law, institutional transparency, and social participation. To this end, it organises conferences, training programmes, and research projects that bring together academics, legal practitioners, public representatives, and private-sector professionals. Carried out from a legal perspective in fields such as finance, energy, insurance, public policy, and digital technologies, these activities also feed into the Association\u2019s academic publishing agenda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In terms of vision, the Association aims to become a leading centre for legal thought, research, and education both in T\u00fcrkiye and internationally. <em>Law, Technology &amp; Society<\/em> is the academic-publishing expression of this vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Areas of Activity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Law-focused conferences (Banking Law, Energy Law, IT Law, Media Law, Family Law, Sports Law, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>National and international research projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training programmes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Youth and academic publishing activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Academic article, edited volume, and journal publishing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Publishing Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The journal\u2019s technical infrastructure, editorial coordination, indexing, and digital publication processes are carried out by <strong>S.S. Kafademi Scientific Research and Development Cooperative<\/strong>, acting as the publishing-services provider on behalf of the Oy Birli\u011fi Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\" style=\"border-radius:4px;border-left-color:#2563eb;border-left-width:4px;background-color:#dbeafe;margin-top:12px;margin-bottom:12px;padding-top:12px;padding-right:16px;padding-bottom:12px;padding-left:16px\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-1bd89ac2 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong style=\"color:#2563eb\">Editorial independence.<\/strong> Editorial decisions are made independently of any funder, the publishing institution, and any external authority.
