Law, Technology & Society (Hukuk, Teknoloji ve Toplum) offers a scholarly forum in which law is reconsidered as an institution, a knowledge practice and a social domain. The journal embraces methodological pluralism, spanning doctrinal legal analyses, empirical socio-legal research, theoretical and critical legal thought and comparative and interdisciplinary inquiries. While keeping the classical concerns of law in view, it foregrounds the impact of technological transformation on legal institutions and rights, and the reciprocal shaping between law and society, as its distinctive areas of interest.

The journal is an academic, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access and interdisciplinary publication issued twice a year by Oy Birliği Derneği. Languages of publication are Turkish and English.
